RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Downloads:
Software downloads are not returnable or refundable.


Physical Products:

This includes shipped items, such as: software (CDs, DVDs, and USBs), books, and the Fabric Printer Sheets, and so forth.

Software is not returnable once it has been opened.

Products purchased directly from CompuQuilt may be returned in the following cases:

  • Unopened software that is in resalable condition may be returned for the purchase price, less a 10% restocking charge. Contact Customer Service using the Contact US button on the lower right of your screen for a return authorization number.
  • If a product you receive is damaged, contact Customer Service and we will arrange to replace it for you.
  • If you have problems installing or running software, contact us and we'll try to help you install it.

If your CompuQuilt products were purchased from another retailer, you need to contact the seller for return or exchange.


Information for International Orders (Anywhere outside of the U.S.)

Payment

Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties or tariffs, this includes VAT on shipped items to the EU. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.

Import duties and tariffs change periodically and CompuQuilt encourages you to research and know your country’s policies before placing an order.

Estimated Time of Delivery

We send international orders via USPS Priority. Delivery time varies by country, but is estimated to be within 2-4 weeks.
